Sejm Rejects Move to Abolish Czarist Restrictions

The Sejm has rejected by a large majority a resolution introduced by Deputy Hartglass for the abolition of Czarist restrictions which had been carried over by the Polish State from the old regime. The abolition of these restrictions has been under consideration by a Commission for the past four years.
