Lipsky to Ask Powers to Intervene to Prevent Bulgarian Pogrom

It is learned here that Louis Lipsky, President of the Zionist Organization of America will urge intervention by the British Government to prevent the threatened massacre of the Jews in Bulgaria by the Macedonian Revolutionary Committee. Mr. Lipsky, who is in London to attend the meeting of the Greater Actions Committee of the World Zionist Organization, will approach the British, Following a decision of the Zionist Organization of America some weeks ago to seek the intervention of the American, British and French Governments.
