Rabbi Alexander Gross, cantor emeritus of the Congregation Adapth Jesurun, died yesterday from injuries received when he was struck by a motor car last night, Rabbi Gross came here from Easton, Pa. He was born in Germany, and is survived by a widow, two sons and a daughter.
