Neither the Arabs nor the Jews have a right to Palestine; the only title to the Holy Land is that of the Roman Catholic Church and the Vatican, declares Signor Tirtoni, a former Italian Consul in the Orient, in a book which he has just published, entitled “The Political Difficulties of Zionism in Palestine”. The Italian Zionist Federation has issued a statement replying to the assertions in the book, which is now in the course of translation in England.
