The Court of Appeals confirmed the death sentence of Said El Sdeik, the murderer of the Czechoslovakian journalist, Tatranky, who was slain near Nablus several months ago. Sdeik was executed today. Three of his associates were sentenced to fifteen years penal servitude, two others to one year hard labor.

Tatransky and his wife, who were on a tour around the world, camped one night near Nablus in Palestine. Here they were robbed, Tatransky killed and his wife seriously wounded.
