Louis Lipsky, Chairman of the Zionist Organization of America arrived here today, together with Mr. M. M. Ussischkin. They were welcomed by the Palestine. Zionist Executive.
A public reception will be tendered Lipsky next Sunday. He will stay here two weeks and will then return to England.
