Sir Alfred Mond, the leader of the English Liberals returned to Parliament, exhausted himself during the campaign to such an extent that he has lost his voice.

A meeting of the National Debt Commission which was to take place today, when the Federation of British Industries would submit evidence, had to be postponed because Sir Alired Mond, who is the Federation’s Vice-President and spokesman, was unable to talk.
