Paris (Dec. 1)

According to the agreement, the assembly consists of twenty-six members, six of which are Moorish, three Jewish, four Spanish, four French, three British and the rest according to the nationality of the local population. Besides the three Jewish representatives provided for in the agreement, one of the British representatives, Mr. Isaac Abensur, a local banker, is a Jew.
