Deputy Isaac Gruenbaum, president of the Club of Jewish Deputies before Dr. Leon Reich, rejoined the Club following the election of Deputy Hartglass to the presidency.

In a communication addressed to Deputy Hartglass, Gruenbaum announced his return to the Club, declaring that the election of Hartglass proves a determined change in the policy of the Club and the continuation of the battle for the realization of the just demands of Polish Jews, as well as defense against the suppression and extermination policy of the Polish government in relation to the minorities in the country.

Deputy Gruenbaum assured the new president of cooperation and assistance in his difficult task.
