The remains of Dr. Max Nordau, the late philosopher and Zionist leader, will be transferred from France to Palestine the end of April.

The steamer Bragda, carrying the body, is expected to sail from Marseilles on April 27 and will arrive in Palestine on May 5.

Arrangements for the ceremonies are now under way in Paris and in Jerusalem. The daughter of the late Dr. Nerdau, Mile. Maxa Nordau, who is now in the United States, will accompany the body.

The Beechview Hebrew Association of Pittsburgh, Pa., awarded a contract for the erection of a $30,000 synagogue.
