Five Jews and one Arab were wounded in a skirmish which took place last night in the village Afa.

The riot broke out when an Arab group attacked the village, which is near the Jewish settlement, Avodath Israel.

A legacy of $5,000 was left to the Keren Hayesod by Michael E. Lange, who died in Palestine last August. The legacy is to be applied for the purpose of the library of the Hebrew University.

Mr. Lange was a well-known English Zionist who for many years devoted himself to the management of his farm in Zichron Jacob.
