Storm Causes Flood in Roumania; Lives Lost

Losses in life and property were the result of a devastating storm which raged yesterday in the province of Dobruja, along the Donau.

Several towns, including Tulcea and Isakeea, and many villages were flooded. The crop was damaged.

Max Stener. New York lawyer, and Jules Mastbaum, of Philadelphia, returned yesterday on the steamer “Majestic” from Europe.
