Oscar Berman Reelected Chairman of Garment Manufacturers’ Board

Oscar Berman, President of The Crown Overall Manufacturing Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, was elected chairman of the Executive Board of the Union Garment Manufacturers Association of America, for the tenth consecutive term, at the annual convention of that Association held in St. Louis.

Mr. Berman is also chairman of the National Wage Scale Committee which, with the general officers of the United Garment Workers of America, annually fixes the scale of wages for all work garment plants in the United States employing union labor.
