The libel suit brought by Foreign Minister Stresemann against the anti-Semitic publisher, Herr Mueller, ended here today with a verdict in favor of the plaintiff.
Mueller accused Stresemann with carrying on dishonest business relations with the Russian Jew, Litwan Mueller was sentenced to one hundred days’ imprisonment or the payment of a fine of 10,000 marks.
