Felix Perl is Laid to Rest with Impressive Ceremonies in Warsaw

Ignacy Daszynski, the silver-tongued orator of the Polish Socialist Party and leader of the Socialist group in Parliament, eulogized Dr. Felix Perl, late Polish Jewish Socialist deputy and one of the founders of the party, when he was laid to rest yesterday in the Jewish cemetery here.

Eighty delegations representing various Polish and Jewish organizations and groups participated in the funeral procession to the cemetery which is on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. The socialist groups carried red flags.

Adjutants of the President of the Republic, Ignacy Moscicki and of Marshal Josef Pilsudski, close friend of the late Perl, members of the cabinet, the senate and the diet were present at the funeral which was attended by impressive ceremonies.

Senator Truskier, representing the Club of Jewish Deputies, and Posner, spoke at the graveside. Wreathes were laid on the grave by the attending delegations.

“Wall Street”, by James N. Rosenberg, well known Jewish leader and New York attorney, opened last night at the Hudson Theatre. The play is being produced by The Stagers.
