Justice Alfred H. Townery, of the Supreme ####. yesterday signed a cer##care of incorporation for the Bureau of Jewish Social Research. a national agency organized in 1919 on an expertmemal basis by leading Jews throughout the country and now established ####mently upon the recommendation of the executive committee of which David M. Heyman is chairman.Adolph Lewisehn, chairman of the Burca##: David M. Heyman. Dr. Harry G. Friedman, vice chairmen of the execontive committee; L. Edwin Goldwasser of the executive committee and Felix M. Warburg of the board of trustees. are ##sted as the in###orators.
