An interesting bequest has been brought to the attention of the Zionist Organization of Chicago by Joseph H. Platt. local attorney. Mr. Platt is attorney for the estate of the late Harry Miller. a Chicago tailor, who died in May at the age of 52. In his will the deceased directs that the bulk of his estate, exceeding $15,000, be disposed of and the proceeds turned over to the Jewish National Fund.

A further provision is that the funds be used for the erection of a model dwelling in Palestine for use by the needy, at a nominal rental which shall not exceed a 3% return on the capital. The only personal bequest in this will is that of $500, to a sister in Bialystock.
