Holland Appoints Woman to Palestine Diplomatic Post

For the first time in the history of Palestine, a woman has obtained a diplomatic position.

Miss Frankel, secretary to the well known Dutch banker and Zionist leader Jacobus N. Kann, has been appointed Duteh consul in Jerusalem. She will fill the post of Mr. Kann, the Dutch Consul, who has left for a lengthy absence.
