The Communist party in Bratislava, Czecho-Slovakia, has proclaimed a trade boycott against the Jews of the town.

The Communists were moved to this action because a Jewish member of the town council, Councillor Reisz, opposed a proposal they had introduced, to extend the system of social insuvance and to give support to the labor co-operative stores. The boy-cott is having disastrous effects on the Jewish trading population of the town.
