(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

Lord Plumer, the High Commissioner, brought back from London a definite proposal for the constitution of a legislative assembly in Palestine, according to “Al Siassa” of Cairo, which states it obtained the information from its London correspondent. It is understood, however, that the government will not make any move in the matter until a proposal has been submitted by the authorized representatives of the Palestine Arabs. The paper states that a meeting of leading Arabs in the country will be convened to draw up the proposals which should be submitted to the Government.
