Max D. Steuer will speak on the subject, “American Relief Funds–How they are Administered,” on Sunday, Oct. 30.
On that date Mr. Steuer will be the guest of honor at the annual banquet of the Congregation Beth Sholom, Broad and Courtland Streets.
Considerable anticipation is attached to Mr. Steuer’s visit to this city which is his first since he made his sensational charges against the Joint Distribution Committee.
