Herzstein Leaves $600,000 to California Universities

The will of Dr. Morris Herzstein, one of the best known physicians in the West, has just been filed for probate.

Of the $1,000,000 estate he bequeathes $100,000 for a chair of biology at Stanford University and a residuary fund estimated at $500,000 to the University of California for a similar purpose. His office nurse is left $100,000.
