An exhibition of Palestine products was opened at the offices of Palestine Industrials, Inc. 44 E. 23rd Street, New York, the company headed by Jacob Start, engaged in the importation of Palestine products. The products on display include a variety of religious objects, hand-carved wooden objects, silver and metallic works, and food products including cocoa, chocolate, fruit candies, pepper, coffee, tea, cintanon and vegetable soaps. A collection of linen portraits, executed from wood dies giving a wide range of Palestine views is included in the exhibition.

Mr. Start, who formed the Pro-Palestine Association in Tel Aviv on his recent visit stated that his company was established in order to bring to the attention of the wholesale distributors’ market in the United States the wide variety of Palestine products.

Through the efforts of Dr. Leo M. Franklin of Temple Beth Ei, Detroit, a Reform Congregation has been organized at Flint. Michigan with thirty-five heads of families earolled as charter members.

There has been in existence for a short while a Sisterhood among the women of Flint whose co-operation has been invaluable. It is proposed to hold regular Sabbath Eve services throughout the season under the supervision of Dr. Franklin, other Rabbis in the state assisting with the services. It is planned that the Congresstion will elect a permanent Rabbi Officers of the new Conversation were elected as follows: President. M. Rosenblum; Vice-President. Charles Rosenthal; Secretary ## Author Dubis; and Treasurer, Henry Weinsarden

Five hundred friends and members of Congregation Sha?rey Zedek Detroit, attended a banquet at Book-Cadillac Hotel in celebration of the completion of 10 fears of service with the congregation by Rabbi A. M. Hershman.

Dr. Cyrus Adler, president of the Jewish Theological Setuinary of New York delivered the principal address ## Klein who presided: Robert Marwil president of the congregation: Mrs. Maurice Zackbeim. president of the Ladies’ auxiliary: William Friedman and David W. Simons one of the evenders of the congregation and for many years its president addressed the ?athering.

The Central Jewish Institute celebrated the tenth ammitersary of its founding at a dinner at the institution Sunday might.

Jacob H. Rubin. Morris Asinof and ## Isaac Coben reported on the ten ## of activities of the institute. Dr. Soloman Lowrenstein. Dr. S. Benderly, and Forward Semel were among the ##kers.Fifty thousand dollars worth of ## in the ## Camp Land issue of the institute were taken up as a result of an appeal by Jonah J. Goldstein.
