The Palestine Arab Executive has sent a memorandum to the Colonial Office protesting against the concession for the exploitation of the Dead Sea being granted to “Zionist Capitalists.” The Executive insists that the Dead Sea reclamation should be carried out either by local capital or by the Palestine Government itself.
