“Whereas. There is now in Congress a bill providing for the finger printing and registration of aliens which if ? law would be ? and country it the ? of this nation therefor be it.

“Resolved (If the Assembly contry) That the Legistrative of the State of New York do hereby memorialize the Congress of the United States to prevent passage of such bill on the ground that it is un-American in principle and introduces ? Resolved (If the Assembly ##) that a copy of this resolution be ## and it the Clerk of the United States Senates and it the Clerk of the House of Representatives and to each Senator and representative in congress from this state.”
