The birthday of Marshal Jozef Pilsudski, Poland’s Prime Minister and former Chief of State, was celebrated in Jerusalem yesterday. A celebration arranged by the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Palestine was attended by representatives of the municipality and Jewish institutions. Polish Consul General Zbyszewski and the Polish trade representative, Hausner, spoke on the life of Poland’s leader.
Messages of felicitation were despatched to Pilsudski by the Zionist Executive and the Keren Hayesod.
