Deborah Polovinchik, a Jewish girl of Charkov, was ordered by the Soviet criminal court to apologize and to pay the costs of the trial, for calling a non-Zionist a Zionist.

Abraham Danziger, a resident of Charkov, brought the suit claiming that by terming a Zionist, Miss Polovinchik had insulted him.
