Transjordan is to have its own State flag, the colors of which will be black, white, and green, according to the provisions of the Transjordan Constitution which is to be promulgated soon.
All the members of the Government must be members of the Legislative Council and not appointed from out## and the prime minister will preside over the council. The council in all its legislative acts must reckon with the obligations assumed under the Anglo-Transjordan Agreement signed in February.
