The American Zion Commonwealth which founded the American Jewish colony Herzliah, won its case against thirteen Arabs of the Abukandil tribe.

The Arabs had refused to leave land on which they were living in the Herzliah colony, claiming that they held it under an agreement. The court ordered the Arabs to leave the property.
