It is understood that steps are being taken by the Canadian Department of Immigration to deport summarily James Henry Hawkins, organizer of the Ku Klux Klan in the Province of Saskatchewan.
Mr. Hawkins has returned to Regina in spite of a deportation order issued against him and such an action is not permissible save under the authority of the Minister of Immigration, which, in this case has not been evoked.
