Benczin, Soviet Trade Representative, Dies

Lazar Benczin, Soviet trade representative in Austria, died of heart failure this morning. He was thirty-five years old.

Benczin, who was regarded as one of the brilliant trade experts in the Soviet service, was entrusted with important commercial missions. He was a native of Southern Russia.
