The laying of the cornerstone of the new temple Beth-El at Ithaca, N. Y. was held Sunday. Charles Polakoff of Buffalo, general chairman of the campaign which raised the funds for the temple, presided. Congressman Myer Jacobstein of Rochester delivered the principal address.
