An all-Polish conference of the various Zionist groups in Galicia Congress Poland and the dis? of Vilna, will be ## for January. 1929, for the purpose of seeking unity among the divergent factions.
The decision to call this conference was taken at the session of the Zionist Party Council held here. It is expected that the Gruenbaum oppositional group will join in the conference.
ROSENWALD HONORED AMONG U. S. PIONEERS OF INDUSTRY
Julius Rosenwald was one of the nine pioneers of American industry honored at a banquet last night at the fifth annual National Conference of Major Industries.
Dr. Nicholas Murray Butler, president of Columbia University, presented the guests of honor. Lord Melchett spoke on “The General Industrial Situation in Europe.”
