M. Doukhan, assistant director of the Department of Lands in the Palestine government is in New York where he arrived for the purpose of studying the American methods of land tick guarantees for application in Palestine.
The purpose of the study would be to facilitate investment of American capital in Palestine land. Mr. Doukahan declared.
