The entire Soviet press devoted much space to a description of the outbreaks in Lemberg which are termed a pogrom.
The newspapers further report from Warsaw that the Polish Jewish daily “Nasz Przegland,” was confiscated by the Warsaw authorities because it published a report that when a Jewish delegation, headed by Dr. Leon Reich, called on the governor of Lemberg, Goluchowski, asking him to intervene, he replied that it was not within his jurisidiction.
