J. W. B. Cooperates with Military Training Camps

Jewish young men attending the Citizens Military Training Camps will have the assistance and cooperation of the following rabbis holding chaplaincies in the Officers Reserve Corps, who have been assigned to duty at at the camps: Rabbi Nathan E. Barasch, of Augusta, Ga., at Fort Bragg, N. C.; Rabbi Herman Lissauer, of Los Angeles, Cal., at Del Monte, Cal.; Rabbi B. A. Tintner, of New York City, at Plattsburg Barracks, N. Y.; Rabbi Montague N. A. Cohen, of Tacoma, Wash., at Fort Lewis, Wash.

The Jewish Welfare Board will cooperate with the rabbi in the promotion of the religious and social welfare of men in training at the camps. The Board’s field representatives, as well as Jewish Centers, will conduct religious and welfare activities in encampments where no Jewish chaplains are stationed.
