British Fascists Boast of Refusal to Admit Jews to the Party

“Once more, through the medium of the ‘Patriot’, I venture to approach your loyal readers regarding the present urgent need for British Fascism,” writes R. Coates, in the current issue of the ‘Patriot.’ We are non-party political,” he proceeds, “and pledged to uphold the present Constitution and the Crown. No Jew or other alien may join our ranks, not that we are anti-Semitic, but from the plain fact that certain British Jews are inimical and a source of danger to the very country and empire that affords them shelter.

“The fact that certain Jews have offered large sums of money (£2,500 in a recent case) to be permitted to join the movement and (not being Liberal politicians and therefore up for sale) these offers were firmly turned down.
