In a proclamation to be published under the headline “To Protest”. the Yevsektzia declares: “Guilt for the Arab Jewish slaughtering falls entirely upon the Imperialistic Quasl-Labor Government with their Zionistic Agency. They inspired inter-racial hatred. Their purpose was to strenghten Palestine as a British colony. Their assistants were the secon International the Amsterdam Profimiared, the Histradruth and the Poale Zion.”
The proclamation also emphasizes that “responsible directly for British bloody politics is the Jewish Agency It calls upon the Jewish workers to protest against Britain and Zionism including the Poale Zion and the Jewish Agency.
“Hands off Palestine” is the attitude expressed by A Merezhin, Communist leader. Provocation for the riots he lays at the door of England through its creation of the impression that Jews are the initiators of taking away the Arab land, resulting in animosity and the riots.

The “Emes” editorial states: “The events are the result of a serious, bloody intrigue upon the part of British imperialism which employed the method of agitating part of the population against the other part, thereby drowning its colonial slaves in their own blood while itself standing aside, remaining the third who laughs.” Emphasizing that “in Zionism Britain found hands to shoved coal for its imperialistic interests” the “Emes” blames the Zionists for becoming the tool of the British in Palestine. It charges that “Zionism agreed criminally to bring several thousand Jews into the two fires of the British colonial aims and the Arab nationalistic movement Now the Wailing Wall is all that remained of the promised Jewish National Home.”
It further conteds that the Arab attacks are aimed more against England than against the Jews in substantiation of which it points to the fact that in Nablus, Jaffa, and Lifte, where there were no Jews, the Arabs attacked the government offices.
Other Soviet papers comment in a similar vein, reporting one hundred killed and two hundred injured.
