The Sociedad Union Palestina of this city has registered its protest against the “massacres” perpetrated against the Arabs of Palestine in the following proclamation issued under the signature of its President, Jacobo D. Kattan and Secretary, Elias C. Juya:
“In the name of justice we protest energetically against the massacre of all our Arab brethren in Palestine and we strengthen their attitude against the Jewish invasion and pretense and demand the annulment of the Balfour promise.”
The protest has been forwarded to the League of Nations, Prime Minister MacDonald of England, the High Commissioner of Palestine and King Fuad of Egypt.
