Dr. Stephen S. Wise was received by President Hoover on Monday afternoon and discussed with him the Palestine situation. Dr. Wise thanked the President for his message to the Madison Square Garden mass meeting on the Palestine events. Dr. Wise also conferred with Secretary of State Stimson and Sir Esme Howard, British Ambassador at Washington.
Dr. Wise was in Washington yesterday to address a Palestine relief mass meeting.
