On the occasion of the birthday of King Fuad yesterday, Chief Rabbi A. J. Kook called on the Egyptian Consul here. The Consul, on behalf of his government, expressed sympathy for the Jewish victims of the outbreak and stressed the point that Egypt sympathizes with the aim of the Jews to rebuild Palestine for the good of all its inhabitants.
