Sokolow Confers with M. Duka on Zionism

Nahum Sokolow, noted Zionist leader now visiting here, today met M. Duka, former minister of foreign affairs. They discussed Zionism at some length.

Theodor Fischer declared in Parliament today during the debate on the Royal Message that he would only vote for the Message if the Government submitted to Parliament the law concerning the minorities and the naturalization law.

Professor Jorga, president of the University of Bucharest, declared in Parliament today that he had not been consulted regarding the students’ congress at Kraiova. He said he had been compelled to leave the responsibility to the Government. Thousands of students have already arrived at Kraivoa where the authorities have taken care to provide them with lodgings while the students have promised to maintain order.
