Download PDF for this date

A state conference will be held in Newark, N. J., next Sunday, December 22, to discuss the practicability of founding a New Jersey Division of the Nathanyah Colony, which is being established in Palestine, in honor of Nathan Straus. In view of the fact that Nathanyah is a citrus colony, the entire orange growing industry of Palestine will come up for review at the conference, by Ben-Davis, an American agricultural engineer, who lately returned from an extensive stay in the Holy Land.

Samuel Friedlander, of East Orange, N. J., the American representative of the B’ne Binyamin, of Palestine, will preside at the conference.
