Meat Famine in Tel Aviv May Be Ended Shortly

The twenty-third day of the meat famine here because of the government’s failure to grant permission to slaughter at the abandoned tannery, was marked by an interview between Col. Frederick Kisch and High Commissioner Chancellor, who is understood to approve the plan for a new slaughterhouse in Tel Aviv as soon as the town planning commission ratifies it.
