N. E. Mittenthal was reelected president of the Jewish Federation for Social Service recently, with the following officers also reelected: M. I. Freedman and Robert Stern, vice-presidents; Leonard Epstein, treasurer; Louis Kleinman, secretary; and Samuel C. Blumenthal, executive director.
The campaign to raise $60,000 fell short by about $5,000, it was reported. Efforts will continue to raise the additional amount, and appropriations were made in the 1930 budget on the assumption that the additional funds will be received.
