The “J.D.C. Overseas Legion,” consisting of the survivors of the army of Jewish relief workers who went over to Eastern Europe in January, 1920, to do post-war relief work among the Jews there, under the auspices of the Joint Distribution Committee, will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the departure of the first unit from New York with a dinner at the Commodore Hotel on Saturday, February 1.

At the head of the relief work in Eastern Europe ten years ago was Dr. Boris D. Bogen, who died a few months ago.

At the dinner on Saturday evening members will recount their experiences of ten years ago. Miss Emma Redell, operatic star, will sing Silberta’s “Yahrzeit,” in memory of Dr. Bogen and the other deceased members.
