The Court of Appeal, composed of Judges MacDonnel, Baker and Copeland, today confirmed the death sentences imposed on the Arabs from Aefriat by the lower court. The Court listened to a two-hour argument by Abcarius, a Jewish proselyte, the defense attorney, but did not hear the prosecutor’s reply.
