A resume of the work of the National Appeals Information Service was presented by Hyman Kaplan, executive director of the San Francisco federation, at the fourth annual meeting of the local Jewish Community Fund held here Wednesday at the Jewish Community Center. Lionel Wachs, president of the Fund, told of its work. Following the meeting the board of directors reelected Mr. Wachs president for the coming year, with Michael Grodin, Charles Kushin and Bernard Silverstein, vice-presidents and Mrs. Frederick Kahn, treasurer. Harry J. Sapper was elected secretary.
