Bill Annulling Czaristic Restrictions in Poland Passes Its Second Reading

Another step in the voiding of the anti-Jewish restrictions that remain in Poland from the Czaristic days was taken when the Polish Sejm unanimously adopted the second reading of the bill to annul these restrictions. The third reading is expected next week.
