Fourteen Arabs from Gaza, who were charged with burning a Jewish shop on the day of the riots, have been acquitted and six of the witnesses for the prosecution have been summoned to court for perjury.

A collective fine of $7,500 has been imposed on the Arabs of Kolonia for destroying Motza while the Arab villagers of Deryassin and Einkarem have been acquitted. The case of the Lifta Arabs has not yet come to trial.
